Turmeric latte recipe

Ingredients

• cup plain or unsweetened almond or coconut milk
• 1 tbsp grated turmeric (if using turmeric powder, halve the measurement)
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• Pinch of pepper powder
• Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Preparation guide

• Blend milk, turmeric, honey, ginger and pepper in a mixer until smooth.
• Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium-high flame until steaming hot, but not boiling.
• Transfer to a mug.
• Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
