Online parenting Summit (OPS) 2021 elaborates on various methods of parenting, a celebration of parenthood. The summit helps to reboot parenting and develop a friendly relationship between parents and their children. The concept of OPS is to create an impact on parents and their parenting styles. OPS aims to touch the universe and beyond, impact every generation that may come further. Until now, people practiced parenting in their own traditional ways but OPS tries to bring in modern ways in which one can make the parenting experience much more fun yet unique.

Here is the story of Haripriya Dantala, who talks about her journey as a parent.

My name is Haripriya Dantala and I’m a mom to two adorable kids-Ridhi Dantala, six-years-old and four-year-old Tarush Dantala. I reside in Hyderabad with my kids and husband and am a working mother. This pandemic, I learnt how my kids grew through the process of homeschooling. It has made me patient and encouraged my fighting spirit as a parent.

The most heartfelt moment with my kids is the creative time that we spent together. It helps us create a unique bond. I do not want to put my kids in proper discipline, and I wish to encourage more flexibility so that they can learn and grow. Basic discipline is essential but putting hard and fast rules restrict their growth.

The most cheerful moment of my life was when my daughter started reading sentences for the first time. This moment made me feel so proud. I know that the pandemic has brought lots of bad news and negativity but for me, it was a chance to grow. We have cherished every day after the pandemic living together and knowing each other.

I was a part of the online parenting Summit, 2020 and would love to even attend the summit this time. It has taught me various good things that I now implement in my day to day life. My kids are growing so well because of my parenting techniques and methods. I would love to learn more about these methods of parenting, for my kid’s bright future.
