Broccoli & Red Pepper Salad
(for two adults)

Ingredients

 125 gm broccoli, cut into small florets
 2 red peppers, deseeded and finely sliced
 1 crushed garlic clove
 ½ tsp chilli sauce
 2 tbsp salt soy sauce
 2 tbsp sesame oil
 1 tsp honey
 ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
 1 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation guide

 Pour half the oil in a frying pan or wok. Stir fry the broccoli and peppers for 5 minutes or until the peppers are tinged golden and are slightly soft.
 Add all other ingredients except the sesame seeds and remaining oil and stir fry for few minutes.
 Transfer into a mixing bowl and drizzle the remaining oil over it. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve.
